Allen County Children Services Board & CWA Local 4319 Settled a 3 Year Contract

Through constructive negotiations and the commitment of the Bargaining Team, a solid and fair contract was ratified by the membership of ACCSB.

It is refreshing to go to the table to work on resolving issues and building a stronger relationship and recognition for the hard work of all those who work for the Agency.

Our members were very specific on what they wanted the Bargaining Team to work towards for the next contract and that is what the focus was: the members.
